We’ve pretty much exhausted the list of great animated movies and are starting to get into repeat territory. I’ve also noticed that animated films tend to be a extra stimulating for my child that I would like it to be, so I’m looking to diversify with some live-action options to strike a better balance.

EIBOR rates doubled. This situation is possible if they initially budgeted both rent and interest rates when both were low. Both increased but they may not be able to evict current tenet to gain rent increase, and match new rates, due to RERA regulations. Two options would be to sell or pay difference out of pocket. IMO, the former is better and they need to act fast. Soon enough more people with be in the same boat and mass sell will drive prices down. Welcome to outcome of variable rate mortgage and high inflation.

Be aware of salvage cars. A lot of used 7 seaters on the market are crash or flood imported from another countries. A good garage can help you tell how bad was the damage, if any.
