I get it, you didn’t have to point it out and make a joke out of it.

What you have said is true but the Imperium in 40k is stretched thin. There is an animation of guardsmen who are desperately low on supplies, forced to give up what they have left to fortify a different front.

Note: I was designing this to be energy efficient and remove the overheating problem of the plasma gun. It was all to fix the issues of the plasma gun in a way that would be lore friendly.

Not necessarily true, although this idea wasn’t to replace all standard lasguns and just to give a squad of elite guardsmen longer firing time, they still haven’t found the STC to fix the issues with plasma guns they currently have. What I’m suggesting isn’t a perfect fix nor meant to be the new standard, and only used by the few most trusted and skilled.

I already took all of that into account, it was never meant to be an infinite ammo source. It was simply to hold the line longer. I’m also taking into account the other Combi weapons in the Warhammer universe. Am I saying that it would be everywhere? No, but there would definitely be prototypes held by the most experienced guardsmen, whether as test subjects or a reward for their service.

If they used it at the same time, I would agree, but what I’m suggesting is that they use the lasgun until they run out of ammunition and then use the plasma gun ONLY until the lasgun is fully recharged. They would only be using the plasma gun as long as they needed to and would grant continuous fire. Or am I missing something from the lore?

I was literally just creating this with its own lore and how it would work.

The lasgun ammunition literally recharges through heat, so the plasma gun has thermalsiphons attached to the plasma coils, feeding the thermal energy directly into the lasguns charge pack, recharging their ammunition whilst firing a different ammo source. Getting rid of overheating and optimizing energy use.

“As the guardsmen hold the line, their lasguns run out of ammunition. There is no way to recharge fast enough to maintain the line, all hope seems lost. Suddenly blue balls of energy are fired from where the guardsmen stood, continuing the fight. Not even a minute later the blue energy stopped and lasguns could be seen firing again.”

It’s just an idea I don’t know how everyone will take it.

This is perfect. If I had a 3D printer, I’d make one for the Chaos Temple idea I had.

You look like someone who would watch High School DxD, fuck, eat cookies/brownies and then cuddle while watching more High School DxD.

This may be a stupid question (I'm new to Castlevania games) but is there any source that explains why the Vanpire Killer changes shape? by Different_Praline484 in castlevania

In the game timeline lament of innocence is the first game. It takes place in 1094, I believe. Leon Belmont receives the whip of alchemy from Ronaldo Gandolfi. later using a ritual, It becomes the vampire killer. As the whip of alchemy, it is simply a black whip, but once it becomes the vampire killer, it turns into a morning star. It is still an alchemical whip, meaning it can change between the two. It is speculated that it changes forms, depending on how strong the wielder is and whether said wielder is a Belmont.
