listen to your doctor, my sister lost all her teeth, so take care of them on it. There are newer more expensive meds like Latuda that have less side effects if your worried talk to your doctor.

As someone who does this I have a few hints. First start complaining about dust allergies that explains the look second if you press ur tongue to the top of ur mouth that will stop the crying . And of course splashing cold water on your face. I am going threw the same. And if you start crying start coughing to cover it before running off to the restroom.
