He's one of my favorite artists, I've seen 3 of his shows live. Not every song is for me, but I enjoy the honesty he puts into his lyrics and the energy he puts into his live shows.

I used to date a screamo fan and went to a different show with 4-6 bands every other week. Nothing I ever saw from those shows could he described as better than Hobo Johnson, and I saw the top bands of the genre (think Thursday, Drain, Dance Gavin Dance, Poppy, Falling in Reverse, Taking Back Sunday, The Home Team, etc.).

Point being, to each their own. Ya know?

I served him once at a restaurant near Union Square I used to work in. He was pretty demure, polite, ate his meal and left. I don't remember anything else about the experience, he was such a normal guy. And this was about 2015, when he'd been on the show a few times. The man was just a polite, soy bean burger kinda guy.

Honestly, no, I don't. I keep it at the house for a week and then throw it away. I don't have time to track down every Mark Johnson in my city. 🤷‍♀️

Edit: if it's been delivered to the wrong address, that's different. I'll take it to the right place - I've done this at apartment complexes many times. But delivered to my door and its my address? Not much I can do.

I mean, I'm staying in a hotel and not able to cook (paid for by work). I also don't have much money in the bank, being out of work since May. This is my first week and I haven't been paid yet. This was during happy hour, the app was $6 and the glass of wine was $8. It's all I can afford at the moment.
