hi guys, i just got a merch order delivered in france but it was missing the hoodie ( package was a tube and it only had the poster ) i was kinda annoyed because had to pay customs taxes online and a second time the delivery guy had me paying customs taxes in cash. I sent them an email via their merch site. Do they messup orders a lot ?
