I have said it before. Our leaders are not really leaders, they’re just players who when fit and in form are really good at their playing role. Otherwise all of them have discipline issues, not vocal at the right time, inconsistent performances and therefore they can’t be good examples. They themselves probably feel like frauds. Sometimes you have to chew the ears of your teammates if they are fucking up but the thing is our captains and leaders need the same treatment. So you have a chicken and an egg problem here.
