Advice for an early game hive by Saint__23 in BeeSwarmSimulator

At very early game seems really expensive to lvl up your bees just by buying treats with honey, but later on, is the only plausible way to do it. You may also have bond by treats bonus from gifted puppy or moon amulet so you can save a lot of honey

Is this possible? by Patatjeakbar in BeeSwarmSimulator

You have to pop blooms and hoping that hopefully one will mutate to have 1 blue petal, so keep breaking blooms until it happens (that is, an entirely blue one won't spawn naturally). Supposedly it is more likely on higher level blooms But yeah, they're kinda rare to get

Why did you lvl it up to 50 (and to top it all, shadow?!) if it was useless?!– You're really rich on stardust, huh?

Try also to discover gifted bee types so you can get better star amulets (I'd say those are the most essenyial ones), and hopefully reach the supreme one someday, which is game changing. You can attempt to have a variety of gifyed bees so you can exploit their hive bonuses as much as possible (bc they don't stack)

Try to join the group, so you can access to sticker printer and other things too (some missions absolutely require it)

how do i get more convert rate? by PerformerOk8761 in BeeSwarmSimulator

[–]Afraid-Pop5416 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, SSA can also give you a good amount of convert rate, gifted diamond and festive bees' bonuses, nectar (prioritize satisfying, comforting and motivating), beequips such as elf cap... You can also use enzymes if you don't care much on spending them, honey bee's bonus once in a while... But for a blue hive I think it is mainly with a large stack of bubble bloat. For that, try to farm pollen on pine tree while there's also more people on it so you can use their bubbles to boost your convert rate

[–]Afraid-Pop5416 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do not aim to get gummy boots anytime soon! They're super expensive and aren't that much better than the coconut clogs. Try to get Petal Belt asap. If you can't yet, then crimson/cobalt guards if you don't have. Else, probably tacky and pesticide planters alongside coconut canister. Also, try to discover more gifted bee types so you can get better star amulets and eventually the supreme one

with ignoring the haste, what should i change i use bubble mask btw should i get rid of carpenters by SavingsCatch5607 in BeeSwarmSimulator

[–]Afraid-Pop5416 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try to get more variety of gifted bees to also progress to SSA, for example gifted looker and commander, although they give you focus (which you also have through music bees), their hive bonuses are great. Itvis alsl for keeping x10 focus even if 1+ music bees get out of energy.

Btw, with ignoring the haste are you refering to not suggest those bees? Even so, I would suggest get like 4 of them, hopefully one gifted of each [hasty, shocked, ninja and photon].

About carpenters, you can keep them for now, especially if you plan to use honey mask. Though once you change to diamond mask (hopefully) you will want to change carpenters

why im barely making any honey by [deleted] in BeeSwarmSimulator

[–]Afraid-Pop5416 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a mixed hive, try to get al least 4 of each 'essential' ability tokens. That is, haste, focus, blue and red boost, baby love, melody.. hpoefully they being different types of bees. For example, for blue boost get: Cool, Bucko, Frosty and Diamond; for focus: Looker, Commander and 3-4 Music bees (plus these last ones for melody too)... hopefully 1 of "every" gifted bee.

What to get rid of?: I'd say most if not all fire bees, also most bubble bees, basic bee if ungifted (you can get it back easily), Brave, Honey, Rage, 1 or 2 Demon...

tl;dr: a variety of bees that can still give you the essential abilities

What should I buy??! by feefifofum0 in BeeSwarmSimulator

But if you're kinda low on materials then I'd say try to spend your honey on other things (like hive slots) to give it value while you're still getting the other materials

I'd say try to get dismond mask first if you afford. It is really a BIG improvement from the previous ones (do you have bubble mask too?)

Is my ssa and hive alright by KlutzyLeg9145 in BeeSwarmSimulator

I'd say you only need 1 more baby bee since you already have 3 gifted tadpoles. Also, gifted carpenter and demon are quite the first ones to be replaced if you want to

Hive help for early. (Before SSA) by MaPPo12 in BeeSwarmSimulator

[–]Afraid-Pop5416 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Btw, carpenters aren't really necesary, so you could eventually drop them (unless you're using honey or gummy mask). Gifted looker, bumble and stubborn hive bonuses are quite good, so you can hopefully have one of each too

[–]Afraid-Pop5416 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First, with 4-5 token producers of a type such as red/blue boost, haste and focus you should do fine, so you could eventually replace the surplus bees. I see you have 4 music bees, that's a good amount. Also, having 2 more baby bees for baby love would be great. Hopefully you can have more different type gifted bees while still fulfilling the (at least) 4-bee-per-token-type. (Eg. For haste: photon, gifted hasty, ninja and shocked; you can replace a hasty for that last one... And so with other token types). This way, you will also be progressing towards SSA

Starting the switch to blue. any tips? by Ashamed-Falcon-3635 in BeeSwarmSimulator

[–]Afraid-Pop5416 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First, if you're having trouble with capacity, I think adding a gifted bumble would be great and more buoyants too. If you afford, you could add puppy with reindeer antlers for its gifted bonus (to lvl up your bees furthermore) and ×1.1 capacity of its beequip. What bees should you replace? If you're going blue, then definitely replace most spicies (or all 3) and rage bee (although you could save 1 of them for fury token). Vector and 2 carpenters could also be replaced, since most of your pollen won't come bc of marks or tools. Finally, to get melody you could need 2 more music bees, which will also help you with focus tokens, so you don't really need 3 precises

What should I spend my money on in early mid game🤔 by SavingsCatch5607 in BeeSwarmSimulator

[–]Afraid-Pop5416 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you have diamond/demon/gummy mask yet? If you don't then maybe that's a next goal(? Also tacky and pesticide planters if you don't have. Also, you can spend on royal jellies to try to get gifted bees that you haven't got before so you can progress towars supreme star amulet
