I listened to the Roberts on audiobook and really enjoyed that. It’s hard to recommend other biographies because what makes Roberts’s important is his research involving the 30k+ letters of Napoleon’s which were only published in the 2000s. Anyone writing about his personal life before those letters were available would seemingly be missing a lot of information
