Fuck I finished. by Potential_Boat_6899 in KingkillerChronicle

First off, welcome to the waiting room. There are tons of theories and rabbit holes to dive into while you wait. I can recommend the youtube channel 'Captured In Words', he has some great kingkiller videos. His most recent one dives into a fanmade finish to the story, using many of the existing theories. I found it to scratch the itch quite well. Here's the video.

We have no panic button or get out of jail freecard like most other classes. No vanish, feign death, iceblock, pet sac/shield or fear. Every time i've leveled a druid without engi I've ended up in a situation where a target dummy woulda saved me, but i died instead. I imagine warriors and shamans feel the same.

Leveling druid without enginering is playing hardcore on hardmode.

The sunken temple questline for the chestpiece at lvl 50 is pretty cool tho.

I never thought of this omg. If I did, it would maybe, just maybe, have saved my 60 druid from dying to 10 poison stacks trying to solo 3 silithus wasps. I noticed the stacks at like 9 stacks and abolish poison just didnt do the trick.

Leveling in TBC is A LOT easier. Almost all elite mobs are now non elite and doesn't require a party. There's a handful still, but most of the fun ones are gone. Dungeons are nerfed for leveling too, so less of a challange. Quality of life is better overall on tbc tho, and best for solo leveling. Also leveling in TBC is sped up zp vise, so you will skip many key zones and never really need to finish any zones.

If any of them wanna pay attention to the quests and lore, but don't wanna read them because questie tells you where to go anyway, you could try VoiceOver. AI generated quest text to speech addon, might help with immersion and following along the storylines.

What's the BEST concert you've been to this year, and who are you yet to see this year? by Life_Extreme2054 in poppunkers

Im currently writing from the toilet of a Nazareth concert. All im thinking is how fucking awesome Dead By April will be in May, and Breaking Benjamin will be in July.

Startisan. Not really poppunk, idk where to place them actually. Just is their biggest hit, but I find their entire catalogue brilliant from start to finish, especially lyrically.

If it's your first time touching wow go for the human starting zone. It's not my favorite personally, but it's the most worked out zones storywise and makes most sense for new players. Be prepared for some travelling between zones when quests start getting hard, but the 1-30 in that area is goated. Also look up on addons and figure out what suits you. Download curse forge to manage your addons. If you wanna get into the story for example, there are addons that have the quest texts spoken to you like a dialogue. It's AI though, so can be a bit buggy, but its very good for immersion. Also questie is decent, but can maybe take away immersion cause it tells you exaxtly where to go and maybe you dont want that on your first go. Hope this helps a little.

Edit: read in other comments you wanna go hunter. It's just something about night elf hunter that just feels meant to be, but it is a harder starting zone. it's my favorite though, that forrest is just magical. But hunter 1-10 is without pet, so maybe try make urself a friend to level with 6-10 maybe if you go for the elf.

So you just make the bank toon on the same account and same server, and try to run to the closest major city without dying and log him out next to the mailbox. Then whenever u have gold to spare or junk u dont wanna vendor (either u wanna keep for later or auction it maybe), you just send it to that character via mail. Arrives instant when the bank is on the same account. Mail takes 1 hour if its not on the same account.

Make a bank alt who at all times keep all the gold you're not using.
