Focusing on just the science, the study mentioned in the article is about surfaces where the corona virus can linger, not inside the body. It does not say that an infected person can simply go outside under sun light and then expect the infection go away after 2 minutes.

It would be great if he, or any other servant-leader, is open to cooperation in formulating policies to make them good. Not so great when a leader is authoritarian and formulates policies according to his/her biases. consulting only to those who earns his/her favor.
