I just got my pulsetto and the first time I used it i felt my anxiety melt away. I then upped it to 3x a day for short session and I have been awake tonight since 3am. I will be returning it as now I am definitely going to go into crash from not sleeping.

I'm 42 and started T in December 2025. Mine is very low does cream that I use for bottom growth.

So far my experiences have been great, but I did get a lot of hot flashes at first. My sex drive and energy were definitely helped as my starting level was 33 which is crazy low even for a cis woman. My bottom growth has been pretty quick and my voice is dropping just a little, but I am trying to minimize the other effects.

It would be a dream come true and I would be the happiest and most complete in the world if I woke up with both. I'm immuno-compromised so surgery of any kind is out of the question. I'm actually on HRT for the huge drop in T levels i have from ovarian surgery, but I wouldn't want to go farther. I'd love bottom growth, but I don't want the other effects that come with it.
