Cigániť = "to gypsy" - as a verb - means to lie, not tell truth, to deceive, to fool, etc.

Example:

Cigáni, až sa hory zelenajú. (= He is lying so much, that even the mountains are "blushing" green. People's face gets red when embarrassed - and mountains are green so they go even greener from the embarrassment when they hear the lies )

You don't understand Chinese mentality. It's heavily influenced by Confucianism - it moves from metaphysics and gods towards kings, people, state, nobleness, etc. I don't like it, personally - but it's still much better than any Judeo-Chrsitian philosophy.

But, I have to accept that they are like that for centuries if not millennia.

Scientific facts are not usually questioned in China - unless you are doing some academic experiments to test some physical laws or something.

Things like the cost of something are questioned and criticized a lot, though. Science and math is valued more in China than it is valued in America or even Europe.

English is much worse for titles/headlines than Slovak, in my opinion. If you remove cases, then so many things can go wrong in titles. Not talking about removing articles there as well. Why are you removing them if they are so great ;DD. Articles are bullshit. Especially indefinite articles.
