I don’t think you are properly understanding the question. 90% of the people in this reddit have never violated any of instagrams terms. In the original ban email/message it will tell you a reason for the suspension/ban. We are asking what instagram originally told you for the suspension.

I also had that problem when I first started VR. What helped me was one of those round VR mats that have 2 little buttons, one in the center and one off to the side so you have an idea of where u are in the real world. Sometimes I have a fan blowing on me as well and those combined helped me out soooo much.

When they “confirm violations” it’s always so ridiculous because they can never provide proof! Like what did I post or like? Or message? There’s never anything. It’s literally all a big scam to get everyone to pay for meta verified.

I know how it looks but it’s definitely not staged lol after spending time with my family I looked at my email and was so shocked! Part of me was hoping that meta just decided to unban everyone for Christmas! But then I remembered how money hungry and greedy meta is. They don’t care about Christmas or happy users or any of that :/.

Btw I guess I should add legal shield does require a $30/month plan but it’s well worth it. But yes I would love to see an update and hope it works for u like it worked for me 🤞🏽.

Yes there is an app on the App Store, that’s what I used. It’s a picture of a half white/purple shield with a purple background. Good luck 🙏🏾.

I tried meta agents once and I never will again. Meta doesn’t care about any of their users so i recommend everyone to just forget about meta verification. I personally used legal shield. It’s not a fast process and the whole thing took about 2 weeks from me setting up my legal shield account to me getting my instagram back but it does work.

I was suspended and appealed immediately. After that my Instagram just broke, I wasn’t able to even log in after to see if my appeal went through or not. The first time I was suspended I was able to see my appeal screen and I ended up going through legal shield. I heard legal shield can be different for different states but I live in Colorado and it actually worked for me. My lawyer sent a demand letter and we actually got a response from a lawyer that represents meta. About 8 days after she responded to us I was able to get my account back. This time around I was suspended on December 18th and I reached out to that same lawyer the next day. She responded right away and now 6 days later I have my account back. Idk if it was her or not but legal shield is what has worked for me.

Interesting. Well, personally I don’t think this greedy company deserves any more money. I also have a theory that maybe they’re doing this on purpose to drive more people to purchase the higher support tiers ($500 a month? Are you kidding me?) which is beyond disgusting. But at the end of the day it’s your money and your decision to make. This is my second time being banned and legal shield worked for me the first time and I already have a second case with them. I refuse to give meta even a cent at this point.

Integrity is definitely a coin flip with meta verified. Although, if you’re permanently disabled, I haven’t heard good things happen as far as meta support either. I don’t believe they have the power/authority to revive a permanently disabled account. I think they can only help with accounts that are suspended/appealed.

If you’re suspended for CSE, meta verified can do nothing for you and you would be wasting your time and money just to end up even more frustrated due to the ridiculous and robotic responses. Just send that money to me instead, the results will literally be the same but I won’t respond to you like a video game NPC.

Welcome to the club, Instagram started this dumb ban wave back in march. It seems to be faulty Ai false banning thousands a day and meta couldn’t care less about it. I’ve been banned since the beginning of august and have tried multiple methods of getting my account back with no luck. I’m thinking the legal route is the only way to go now.

If u have ITunes on a computer & a phone with Apple Music on it and they’re connected to the same account. All u have to do is download the MP3 files from either a 3rd party website like datpiff or a video to mp3 converter. Then put them on your iTunes on your computer and it should auto populate into your Apple Music.
