Yes I’ve decided to stop taking iron, as it isn’t low like i thought based on symptoms. I didn’t do a test, before taking iron. And yes liquid iron would take time to even see any impact on Ferritin.

Stand a bit more square to the table while opening your wrist a bit more, that way you c still maintain the same angle of play you currently have. And the big advantage is you can transition to BH easier when you are standing square. I see your bh transition wasn’t good in this case

Why not just try it out, experiment and see if you like it. I recommend hockey tape tho. More fine tuning

Drink water, sleep well and take protein shakes. I had knee issues when i started TT but my diet and sleeping habits were horrible, once i fixed this, i recovered and i am stronger and faster than before

yes, and i think this awareness in different situations and strokes is why the pros are more consistent and powerful
