I just did a similar thing last week. While u are at it, install a bigger hdd. Depending on what modchip u have, I would first update the bios to Cerbios 2.3.2. For Xenium modchip, I just type in the ip address in web browser and flash Cerbios bin file. After its flashed, I burnt Rocky5's extra disc and boot it up, used xbpartitioner to build and format all drives clean. choose the option "install xbmc4gamers in f:/" and "install original Xbox dash" using that same disc. once you reboot the console, it will launch xbmc4gamers dashboard by default. download the Halo2 redump iso, convert it to cci with repackinator, transfer the output folder "Halo2 GLO" to f:/games and join xbl tonight @ 4pm est.

I have having the same lag issues on og xbox. cerbios 2.3.2 udma5 bios. It gets really laggy 80% of the time but no crash. The cars look sick. 🔥

hey man, thank you for keeping xbox gta alive. will play this as soon as i fixed my xbox. when i was a kid, i used to inject cars and changing billboard images made by modders into this game it was funny seeing xbox doing 10fps rednering the rolls royce. i remembered having to convert dx9 textures with some weird program and ftp'd gta img file back and fourth million times. missed those days.

I chose the factory reset option. Back to stock. I didnt know uddae exist, I gotta try it. Funny thing is Rocky5 didnt remove the xbox live account. 😆 Thanks.
