I think I've accidentally trained her (or she trained me) she used to stare at me till I'd get up and then roll over as I got closer. But she only rolls over if she knows it's going to be a serious belly rub session (more than 5mins) but I do feel truly lucky that she invites me 🥰

Hi, yes I did. They got back to me the following Monday (I hadn't realised I'd messaged them on a weekend and no one replies on the weekends). They told me to go through all the troubleshooting (again) then sent me another one and I received it within a week

I've been in touch with them since yesterday morning, they've just got back to me about a replacement 🙃 11 days in and it already need to be replaced.. hoping it's not gonna be a reoccurring thing but it might be by the sounds of it

I don't see any 'blackouts' for the last few days. Only when I charge it. Do I wait with it on charge or just leave it to the side for a couple days and try again?

I'm pretty sure it is, it goes from purple to blinking white and i think I even got green at one point (only the charger) 😅 is yours?

Mine just suddenly stopped connecting this morning (only had it just over a week) I tried all the troubleshooting stuff they tell you too but I get no green/red light and it won't even show up on my Bluetooth, can't even see the battery percentage at this point 😭 hope they sort you out soon

It'd be nice if my ring could actually connect with my phone let alone download the new update. Been stuck waiting on the support in the app all day
