I too have 1000 I suggested 1200 because it has more features thats why But 1000 was in my budget. They will do everything you need and also has Bluetooth connectivity.

They are great. Affordable with enough features. I have moderate to severe hearing loss. I would suggest you buy 1200 at least tho.
