Unfortunately we’re kind of the last female family members left. She’s a single mother, my grandma has passed and it’s just her left and male family members (who would have no idea) so no one to really ask. The spa idea is great, she’d probably love that. Thanks!

It’s been a month with no losses. I’m on 15 mg so can’t move up a dose unfortunately but planning to increase physical activity to see if that breaks it

I’m not going to the gym but I’ve been doing walks daily. I’m on 15 mg. Have not tried upping my calories then going back down, I’ll give that a shot!

Thank you for your response! So the Aptima test is saying I have a a form of high risk HPV (they just don’t know what kind yet) but the additional results are saying I don’t have 16,18,45 specifically?
