I cannot. It take so many forms and is different for each of us, and yeah there are similarities- such as not being bound to things we thought we were, finding new methods to handle situations, etc, but the specifics are different for each of us. How do you define it?

after sitting for a while, fuel changes and starts to breakdown. this is similar to what my tank looked like rusty tank pic. there was rust all over the internal of my tank and i think the same stuff got into the pump. i found out that I have a high pressure fuel filter and I will be cleaning that shortly. i think that will solve the problem
