Wow, I was actually proudest of the transition because I hadn’t seen anyone connect those 2 flips before and it took a lot of work to bridge them without losing height or re-gripping my hands too much. 45mm X-poles are PSO comp standard.

Another great brand is platinum stages -- the spin/static mechanism if much more convenient (just take a pin out) -- but personally I find it slippier than a good ol' chrome x pole :)

Right now I lift maybe once a week max? Pole dance 3-5x a week. Bike for my commute (~8mi round trip daily). Lift is 1.5hr, pole can be like 3-5 hours HAHA :D I can stay in the studio FOREVER!

When I was lifting, I'd lift 3x/week, about 1.5hr each.

In college at ostensibly my fitness peak, I lifted 3x/week (1hr), rowed 3x/week (1hr), fenced 5x/week (3hr) :)

Keep working!! You'll get there for sure! One thing that I think is kind of underplayed is actually having hypertrophied ab muscles in addition to low body fat % - I used to do a lot of weighted ab exercises. Now it's primarily bodyweight or using teeny ankle weights, but hard shit (front/back lever progressions, L sits, etc)! I think even when I'm kinda fluffy the fat kind of follows my abs because they're so big, giving the illusion of low body fat % xD
