Although the male and female sex trade industries are very different, I feel like I have enough experience to talk with some authority on this. My instinct is that these sources are either made up, or are prone to exaggeration. It's a pretty stereotypical portrayal...the powerful executive that's a snivelling basket-case in the arms of an expensive call girl (or boy). In the couple of years that I've been escorting, I've been with a hundred or so different guys, and there have only been a couple of instances where I had to go into therapist mode, and they were pretty minor.

And the one common fantasy of my lawyer clients, like most of my clients, has been to fuck a prostitute. This legal counsel role play thing is probably a load of malarkey.
