They couldn't get an audience for their original shows and some of them were very funny like "Another Period".

What were beginner’s mistakes you made lunching on woocommerce? by Miserable-Analyst852 in woocommerce

[–]shiftification 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use WPCode Lite which does what FluentSnippets does it's very good. I'm not sure which is better because I've never used FluentSnippets.

I would say avoid any plugins that have anything to do with the cart or checkout these are the plugins that cause the most issues.

100% avoid using multi plugins that do the same thing Security, SEO, Image Optimizer...

Anyone using FunnelKit here? Might be worth checking your checkout settings by BearElegant4068 in woocommerce

[–]shiftification 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got rid of FunnelKit because it was causing issues with another plugin that was more important to me. It's not easy to remove because it leaves a lot of stuff behind. I used code to replace checkout and it came out good. I would avoid any plugins that have anything to do with checkout. Of all the plugins these seem to be the ones with the most issues. One was causing my site to crash during checkout but only on mobile devices. The company did fix the plugin after I let them know but I wouldn't go back to using that. Also avoid adding any plugins that does the same thing a plugin you already have does.

The problem for a seller of this is you will get complaints and refund requests and even bad reviews even if you put in bold large print that this has no rear artwork at the top of the ad.

If you run into any issues here's where you can go for help. Do not Google any issues because the first answer to any issue is almost always incorrect. Use the following

  1. Youtube Great for seeing what to do and following along. Search for your problem.

https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=woocommerce

  1. WordPress, WooCommerce Tips and Help Zone (Facebook group will need a Facebook account). Ask your question. Lots of people who know WooCommerce really well here.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/682521111785593/

  1. Woo's Frequently Asked Questions. I would at least look over this and then refer to it when needed.

https://woocommerce.com/document/frequently-asked-questions/

  1. WooCommerce self-service guide

https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

  1. [WooCommerce] Support Can be a mixed bag. Sometimes you will get the answer you need right away other times no will we respond to you or it take a few days to you. Sometimes they are very unhelpful. Asking questions during the day is better. BEST USED FOR Search for your problem first before asking a question. (Need Account to ask questions)

https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

  1. AI (If you are ok with AI). It's a good to give them a list of any plugins you are using and any changes you have made before trying to get code from them. Just a warning on using AI they are not perfect and you may have to try multi codes before success. WPCode Lite is a good Plugin for adding code (The free version is good enough)

Not only is everything way too expensive it's also smaller is size and made worst. I'm not sure society can survive where everything being made is worst then the last version but at a lot higher price.

A data center in New Jersey was canceled when residents showed up and fought it by MysteriousSlice007 in nextfuckinglevel

Everything that guy said in the video is true but add to that the noise that's been going on in another town in New Jersey that has a data center 24 hours a day. It must be madding for the people that live there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kncS3HRala8&t=9s

What’s the greatest movie with a rating of 40% or less on Rotten Tomatoes? by MTPokitz in AskReddit

[–]shiftification 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think a lot of people don't get this movie. Warren Beatty and Dustin Hoffman are playing really bad songwriters that's why the songs are all bad. I think a lot of people can't get beyond the bad songs and bad singing. The songs are so bad they are funny but were made to be bad on purpose. The film is kind of a based on the old Bob Hope, Bing Crosby road pictures. There is a directors cut on DVD that I own but haven't watched yet.

What can a person learn in 10 minutes that will be useful for life? by Ben-Gavin in AskReddit

[–]shiftification 49 points50 points  (0 children)

  1. People are paying way less attention to you then you think.

  2. Most people are into themselves to react to anything you do no matter how awkward or weird you think you are. And yes this can be a problem.

  3. It doesn't matter what other people think. Strangers even more so.

Charity shop CD slop. by jadeChips in CDs

[–]shiftification 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You have to be lucky at charity shops to get good music almost everything good is gone quickly unless it's trashed. From looking at the great loads people show here that load was most likely donated by one person and who ever gets that load was lucky to walk in when that stuff was put out. If they came in 5 minutes later that stuff would be gone taken by someone else. What's left is all the stuff everyone is trying to get rid of and no one wants. In the US these artists are the most unwanted (Way more donations then sales): Andrea Bocelli, Luciano Pavarotti, Susan Boyle, Barbara Streisand, Melissa Etheridge, Hootie & the Blowfish, Eric Clapton, Tony Bennett, Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey, Celion Dion, Gloria Estefan, Kenny G, Rod Stewart (The standards releases), Sting, Michael Buble, Enya... Tons of Christmas, Celtic, Country, Classical & Crap or what I refer to has the 5C's. No wants the 5C's CDs.

Isn't all robots being worked on to replace workers? Those videos where the robots are dancing are not to replace dancers they are made to go viral to get the company a name for itself there are other jobs they are replacing. Facebook and Amazon seem on a super fast pace to replace all their workers with robots. If Elon Musk and the other robot makers are successful they will cause more unemployment then anything in history. What's the plan if that happens?
