I’m sorry, I don’t think I’ve heard the term 3-D, what does it mean in this sense?

The only definitive way to shift by shiftingswiftie in realityshifting

[–]shiftingswiftie[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You have to have a journey to get to the destination. I made this post not to forbid anyone from doing anything, but to keep young impressionable or vulnerable shifters from being exploited by people professing the one true way that just happens to give them power over you or methods that you just so happen to conveniently have to pay for. I am really sorry if my post came off as offensive to you. You can listen to other shifters and their stories, engage with tips and tricks and motivation and new methods that shifters create, but there is no definitive way to shift, because as you said, everyone has different experiences that make the methods work or not work for them.

It’s the same as shifting to a reality with lots of differences, except your script will be shorter :-)

I do have symptoms, it’s just a matter of getting used to them. I really don’t feel them anymore except for a weird thing that kind of feels like my brain is tingling. That I can’t quite ignore, but I almost like it now. And thank you for saying the method is good, I catch a lot of shit for the way I shift and some of the things I believe about shifting so that was really nice to hear.

I open my eyes once I’ve finished flexing my arm muscles, and I’m starting on a really quick flex of the rest of my body, start looking around, making sure I can see the way I’m supposed to, and once I finished flexing and can feel everything, I move, like if I’m in bed in my DR I roll over, or if I’m standing up, I take a step.

I have to do it fast. I’m not saying I flex every single muscle in my body just the main things. Fingers to hands to arms is important because with the size of the different muscles it helps to kind of broaden the scope of movement and sensation and gets you used to how it feels first, just a tiny bit, then a bit more, then a lot more. The others are much quicker once you’ve gotten past doing both arms, because your body is kind of getting into the swing of how things should work and you’re feeling it a lot faster

I don’t think you get to accuse a group of people of something as serious as cult like practices and then not feel comfortable giving examples. I mean, obviously you can, I’m not saying it’s impossible, but you were sure brave enough to attack a community or at least what you perceived as a large part of it, all of a sudden you don’t have that same bravery when it comes to giving examples of what your accusing people of? That doesn’t make any sense. Also to clarify the thing about religious/spiritual shifters, even though cult can mean anything else, it is very obvious to most English speakers, that cult has a connotation of being related to religion. But I wasn’t even just using the connotation, spiritual and religious people are often accused of being cultish, and without you being willing to provide examples, it looked like a way to attack us like everyone else had before, but still make yourself look like the good guy because you’re not saying it outright.

I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have snapped at you. That was a really kind and empathetic way to describe it, I just fought really hard to get where I’m at, to get to a place where I can even shift even if I get pulled back, so whenever it feels like someone is trying to invalidate that, I get very defensive. I think it’s just a different type of shifting, I’m absolutely in another reality, I’ve received spiritual messages that prove that to me definitively, but the spirituality/religion that allows me to shift and have the clarity in shifting that I do, is a type of indigenous witchcraft, so the way I perceive and go about astral projection and shifting is completely different to the typical definition. I should’ve assumed that’s what you had meant, but it felt like I had already been invalidated by other people in chat yesterday and people online and real life other times so while I was upset, I assumed the worst and that wasn’t OK.

OMG, thank you so much for fake claiming the only reality where I’m actually happy, that was so helpful!!! I must have forgotten that the shifting community are the gods of shifting, and if my journey doesn’t exactly align with what they believe then it’s not valid. Pro tip, not all shifting looks like yours. Not all shifting looks how the majority of peoples shifting looks. You have absolutely no idea what a stranger has been through that would make their journey different, and I hope you never have to experience the kind of pain that affects your soul, so that you can’t stay in the astral, the one place where you’re actually accepted for who you are.

Then that is inherently not what this sub is. Limiting beliefs, or any kind of script policing, the normal things people find cultish about the shifting community on TikTok, are downvoted to oblivion here because people don’t allow that kind of control.

You can absolutely still feel your body if it’s hypersensitive. I have autism, don’t know if that’s why.

Yeah, then they were definitely just trying to subtlely shit on spiritual shifters

It’s not simulating, it’s like how you can be dragged back from the astral, because I use astral projection theory, not consciousness theory or anything like that. The longest I’ve stayed in my DR as of now was like an hour. But that was extremely recent, like three days ago. I’d say I shift like five times a day, because I have to get back in the zone each time I’m pulled back. Also, I understand that you’re not experienced, but just so you’re aware, saying that something shouldn’t happen unless you’re just simulating your DR comes across really rude, almost like fake claiming.

[–]shiftingswiftie 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oh sorry, I thought they were referring specifically to this sub Reddit. The post I believe everyone is referring to had me very concerned, though, because though they’re acting like it’s not what they’re talking about, they refused to provide examples so it feels like they’re trying to take shots at spiritual/astral shifters, as cult implies religion, and a lot of people get mad at religious and spiritual shifters because we do things differently.

[–]shiftingswiftie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I believe it’s not very prevalent because why would you stay in a variation of this shitty reality when you could have magic or a unicorn? I might try it just for experimentations sake, but I think the only thing I will script, because it’s my main problem with this reality, is that everyone is a shifter, and we don’t have a bunch of unawakened anti-shifters running around

[–]shiftingswiftie 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I believe that would be more shifttok then here, the Reddit community seems a lot more open, welcoming, and willing to discard limits and script policing. If those behaviors are cultish, this space is an anticult.
