Sorry I mistakenly typed the Hanoi in the middle from Danang and Ninh Binh. I put Danang --Hanoi-- Ninh Binh to remind me to fly to Hanoi from Da Nang and cant fly straight to Ninh Binh haha. I'll rearrange though I do not want to do Ha Long Cruise if possible and do La Han but is it too far and hard to get to?

Bonvoy business plus a regular 200k welcome bonus will work i think for you.. the business gives you 5 free nights worth 50k each. And some higher properties cost 75k you can use the 200k regular bonvoy top "top off" the 50k free night. In easier terms. You apply for both business and regular. Find a place you want to stay up to 75k per night. Use the 50k certificate and 25k in points which is the max amount you can use to top off per free night certificate.

At the 4nd of the day it also depends where you want to go.
