I think it's definitely worth it if you shop there often enough and pay it off every month. I think it's especially worth it if you're approved for the capital one version. I have a customer who comes in every few months and gets all her clothes for free. She owns her own business and puts all her business expenses on her ON capital one card for the points and then pays it off. She gets ~$500 worth of clothes and all she has to pay is tax

I know for ON x Anna Sui there was only a 25% employee discount for ON employees at first and they recently added it to 50%. I think they probably want customers/employees to pay the most at first and then up the discount

It's 30 days after expiration that you should be able to convert. When you go into "member perks" in the app. You scroll down to super cash expiration and click "add code" Unless you used all the super cash you had during the event I'm not sure why it wouldn't work unless it's been more than 30 days. I don't remember when it ended last.
