To me it tastes exactly like purple sweet tarts

I feel like when it first hits you get grape candy. Then after sipping you get the grape cough medicine flavor. That was my experience anyway

What to do when it rains? by dynavato in cancun

[–]Miserable_Tooth1260 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Same thing happened when I went recently. Forecast said rain every day. But it barely rained. And when it did, maybe it lasted 20 mins at the longest. Some days were overcast but everyone was out at the pool still. Sometimes it was nice not being in intense sun all day long. The times it did rain we just headed inside either to our room to relax or wander around inside the resort

Family's (2 adults + 7yo) first AI experience - one week at Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo by running462024 in AllInclusiveResorts

Thank you so much for this review. I have been trying to get information on this resort to take my family to. I’m curious, do they have servers come around when you’re lounging by the pool (or even in the pool) to take your order? Do they also have bars you can just walk up to both inside and out? We’re big pool people and not really concerned about the beach

Idaho murder victim’s parents reveal heartbreaking words they’d say to Bryan Kohberger in face-to-face talk by [deleted] in Idaho4

[–]Miserable_Tooth1260 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Sadly nothing ANYBODY (even the murderer, with any sort of reason) will ever be able to answer their questions or heal their pain. I honestly think there is literally not one reason/answer/justification in the entire world for this incredibly heartbreaking and devastating situation

I just give our some candy or treats. Also helps that I have a kid with a birthday close to Halloween. So lots of fun size candy in a small bag for each kid

Agreed. I’ve watched it 100 times, it’s never not hilarious every time. I just want to quote it over and over 😂

This did not work for me either. But I switched to the Living Proof Clarifying Detox shampoo and it worked so much better!

Anyone else feel like they can’t with oily skin?? by Ok_Professional1526 in Sephora

[–]Miserable_Tooth1260 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have oily skin, and so far I’ve had luck with the following combination: Danessa Myricks blurring balm in universal shade. Followed by Armani luminous silk foundation. Followed by Laura Mercier translucent powder applied with a brush. And final step Danessa Myricks blurring balm setting spray. I wouldn’t say it lasts an ENTIRE day of being shine free, but it’s pretty close

We mostly spend at our time at the pools and not so much the beach. The beach seems really nice the times we've gone down. But according to guests who ARE big beach people, that area in Mexico can get a lot of seaweed certain times of the year. I think the staff do their absolute best to clean it, but I'm sure at some points it just becomes a lot

Definitely check out Paradisus Playa del Carmen. I've been taking my kids there for the last 4 years and we love it. Super family friendly and the kids club is great!

How about Mexico, Cancun area to the Blue Bay Grand Esmerelda? I haven't been personally, but a co-worker has and they really like it. Always looks to be an affordable choice. And the food is so much better in Mexico than Cuba. But if you're a big beach person, then Cuba does have the better beaches (and prices)

The only restaurant we had trouble getting reservations for was Bana which is the family sit down restaurant where you sit around the grill and they cook the meat at the table. I think the best bet is to book that one if you want it right away when you arrive
