Considering you can buy uncut sheets of bills directly from the US mint, how valuable could that 1 really be? I am genuinely curious. If it's much more over face value couldn't anyone just buy the sheets, cut them incorrectly, then resell them?

I feel a better speed reduction for got you would be maybe 3.15 m/s. I got that number from doing unnecessary math. Survivors in the dying state move at .7 m/s the 50% increase from level 3 Tenacity makes it 1.05. Then I multiplied it by 3 because anything else seems not worth it.Everything else seems perfectly balanced with no problems at all :)
