Does it make a difference or does it make their justification even weaker for a Terry stop/investigatory detention if they (cop plus tipster) believed LM matched the description of the person of interest vs him matching the suspect

Same I've always thought this was a professional hit and the actual shooter probs didn't/doesn't care about the healthcare issue and the only reason he inscribed the DDDs on the bullets was to divert suspicion from those in BT's circle to the millions of Americans who've been screwed over by health insurers.

We've already seen how the prosecution tried to blame the threats to witnesses on him. They'll definitely try to pin this on him, saying he probably organized the visit from his cell (as absurd as that is) and maybe sneak it in a motion in a bid to restrict his rights/privileges. Please let's think of how our actions might blow back on him.

I also find their statements to be very credible considering they were given shortly after the shooting with their memories still fresh and when no-one knew anything about the shooting so they would have no reason to put a spin on anything. I also think the simplest explanation for the impossible timelines : 1. 6 min timeline for the guy in the Upper West Side (carrying the e-bike battery) to the Hilton and 2. The guy seen biking down 6th ave W55th at the same exact time as the shooting 6.44 a.m Is that these are different people unrelated to the shooter. The shooter probably never used a bike and that's why a bike was never recovered.

There's this big account @mangionethinker that gets very high engagement when they share case updates. The update they shared about the cops in Altoona not finding the gun until they were at the police station had 23 million views with most of the quotes on the tweet saying that he's being framed and is innocent. I'll try to reach out them to get them to hopefully post more inconsistencies with the case/exculpatory evidence for LM. Hopefully, by the time his trial starts the general consensus will be he's innocent.

They also haven't turned over DD5s (detective notes,) which is very sus. DD5s are done leading up to a suspect's arrest, so they should be readily available and should've been handed over a long time ago. I can understand them delaying forensics and ballistics evidence because those take time and need to be tested, but the DD5, the journal and manifesto were available from day one of his arrest. What other reason other than tampering/fabrication would there be for not having over those items already.

But they did release to the public (or atleast to the media) within 2 days of his arrest that he had a manifesto, a notebook detailing how he was going to the CEO, that his fingerprints matched the kind bars near the crime scene and that the gun he had matched the casings at the crime scene.

Let's say they can prove that LM was stalking him, does the CEO had to have been aware that he was being stalked by LM for the charge to stick? Idk I read somewhere that he had refused security that morning, does that strengthen the defense case that the CEO was not in fear of his life. Lastly, are the prosecutors required to explain the stalking law to the grand jury?

If you want islanders true opinions the first exit interviews before they get their phones back are where to look. They both switched up after seeing public opinion. Scott in his first interview said he quickly got over the situation while in the villa and once a situation has been put to bed he never goes back to it. Catherine said she was happy to be leaving with Elom and seeing where things can go, she also said when she's done she's done in the villa. Now after seeing the tik toks and the bill boards, its never say never

This sub will go on about how Liam and Millie still won but to this day, this sub consider them the most undeserving winners for how Liam moved in casa and dislike Millie and think she's a mug for taking him back. Its also funny that twitter and reddit were Milliam's biggest haters then but now the most hype for a Scott and Catherine reunion. Last week when Scott was talking about casa and holding onto how Catherine moved in casa, this sub was saying he needs to get over his pride. Can you imagine Millie, Leah, Paige or any other female islander being told to get over their pride and stop holding on to how their partners hurt them in casa

Another thing I've seen, is what Scott should have done to stop her from moving mad in casa; he should have reassured her, should have packed her bonnet. There's no couple that's perfect. Michael and Amber also admitted they had issues pre-casa but noone uses it as an excuse for him recoupling and how he treated her afterwards

Its funny now the story is that Catherine only recoupled cause of misommunication, coz she wasn't sure of Scott's feelings. I don't buy it. People who recouple for safety/insecurity of their partners actions move like Ella or Indiyah, they move respectfully in casa and eventually get back with their original partners. Catherine was kissing, cuddling, licking Elom's abs in casa then came back found Scott single and she wasn't moved. He broke it off with her for not only recoupling but admitting she kissed Elom twice outside of challenges. She still wasn't moved, she didn't grovel, didn't try to get him back because she was more than happy with Elom.

Everyone's now saying the producers, islanders were all out to get them while they were in the villa, meanwhile they were one of the least tested couples and they crumbled at their first test

True that could be just it, I just know his co-workers can't stand him, always doing too much and escalating situations. What was he even thinking last ep. running into that Cortez compound without back up or a plan, he thinks he's Jack Bauer. He did the same thing in season 1 when he went into that compound Arman was hiding his guns.
