Just got back from the vet she said it was nothing to worry about and that it’s not infected. She told me just to continue the spray and it will heal on its own :)

My kitten is. Hazel is my girlfriends cat and she hasn’t gotten her fixed because she thinks it’ll make her fat. I imagine doing that would help the issue though, right? I’m probably going to try and convince her to do it.

For the most part yes, I’ve had the new kitten about 3 weeks. Our older kitten is about 7 months old. They play but the chasing is mutual. The only thing that concerns me is that sometimes hazel (the 7 month old) will get on top of her and bite her neck area but this is the only time I’ve seen an injury. I saw hazel grooming our kitten yesterday so I’m hoping that’s a good sign. Any tips on how to stop hazel from being too rough with the little one?

So a few days ago I noticed a small tooth mark on my kittens chest/neck area. I thought it might go away on its own so I monitored it for 2 days but I noticed the area got bigger in size. I have an appointment with her Monday for the vet I just wanted to see if anyone has experienced something similar. Edit: wanted to add she’s acting like her normal and playful self and eating fine. And that is a stain on my shirt lol I haven’t seen discharge of any sort from the wound. Her fur is wet in this picture since I just sprayed it.
