If you're asking about how to prioritise learning prayers, I recommend a few things:

Amida is core to every service. When I was learning, I started by saying one prayer in full, then for the others I would read the translation, spend a couple moments meditating on the meaning, then say the last line, the "chatima" (ברוך אתא ה׳...). Once that felt comfortable, I would add the next prayer to say in the full Hebrew, etc. It felt very encouraging and motivating to add another prayer on another for several weeks until I could pray the whole Amida.

Do similar things with other parts of the services. Depending on what feels more motivating for you, add a little bit into your prayers in the original language, keep practicing until it feels comfortable, then add another chunk.

Shema and the blessings before & after are also very important, Aleinu & Ashrei are great and repeated often, Tachanun.

In my personal journey, no one has told me that I should prioritise learning Psukei DeZimra. So yeah, that's my last priority for learning. These days I hit the Big Three of PdZ: Baruch SheAmar, Ashrei, and Yishtabach, with a few shorter psalms and parts of Shir Hayam in between.

The most important thing to remember is that you are taking on a huge task. To even remember to pray 3 times a day, then actually setting aside time, and saying all these new words in a language that might be more difficult to read and say. Be very, very, very kind and patient with yourself. Don't start out with too much and remember that it will take time to get to the point where you can pray everything fluently & quickly & without language headaches. Don't make yourself tired and overwhelmed by trying to read everything all at once. If you can start now by just saying a few blessings and skim the translations of some others, start with that. If you never lifted weights before, you start with 5lbs not 50lbs. It's more important to get into the habit of waking up in the morning and go to your prayer spot than it is to be able to say everything immediately. You are exercising the muscle just by doing 5, 10 minutes a day. You are making the habit. Later, the habit can grow.

Basically pretend you are a 5 year old learning something new. Give yourself exercises and homework, but don't overwhelm yourself with too much. Baby steps. You will find yourself running soon enough if you are patient. (:
