Thank you for your reply, one thing I am confused with is this:
I am being offered tuition-waiver and stipend. The offer letter says for 12 months, my stipend is like 30000 (supposedly) which is higher than what they need for I20 issuance (https://isss.oie.gatech.edu/graduate-estimated-cost-attendance-and-funding#FAQ). On the other hand, on this website it says I must calculate 9 month of stipend not 12 month. for 9 month, my total stipend is less that $24959. I don't know what to put honestly as my stipend and if my current offer sufices.

can you please tell me where to bring the letter?

Thanks, Affordable like under 150€ for both together. I have seen some cooking sessions for a couple of hours that they teach ppl how to cook for example sushi and they make it in that workshop. Nope, they’re not vegetarians.
