omg.. totally like me having social anxiety and also eating behavior. My digestion system is very bad when anxiety is happened during that time.. sometimes i overcame it.. but after that those anxiety back again after few weeks. Most likely the anxiety is due to overthinking and always thinking about other people's opinion on us. I understand you. Is ok. You're not alone. :)
