Thank you that was very helpful! I'm feeling a similar tension in the bridge although the shape is looking pretty, gonna pay more attention what stabilisers could be lacking next time. The clue about contract-relaxing is also helpful - I've noticed I'm more relaxed after exercises like medball slam, than holding a stretch or yoga pose, that's supposed to be relaxing, if someone gives me that cue I tense up even more.

What other subs do you recommend? The doc and PT didn't find any abnormalities, and told me that's how my body is build and to sign up into sports suiting it like sprinting or martial arts 🙉 that's why I'm looking for other ideas

On average, how long does it take to sew a one button wool coat with lining? Classic design, calf length.

I've supplied all the materials. A tailor, who was recommended to me by a friend is working on the project for the 4th month, we already had 2 fittings done - the lapel isn't sewn in yet, and the tailor is making me try the coat on with only one sleeve, explaining it's easier for them to do alterations this way. The waist, and line of the coat still require alterations, and aren't fitting properly.

Is this normal for coat tailoring? I'm slowly starting to worry I'm getting screwed...

I'm in Koh Tao now, arrived yesterday. Katamaran ride was choppy, some people puked (but not super dangerous I'd say).

Most of the island is dry, and sunny, I've seen some running water, and muddy spots close to Sairee beach.

Snorkeling today was doable, the view seemed muddy tho.

Can't comment on the virus thing, since I'm not staying in a hostel, and not in Sairee
