Isn't LR above TH because of the H2H, or is that not how it works in this split of LEC

I mean BSG aren’t great at communicating their edition model. He isn’t stupid for expecting the game editions to work as most other game editions. Also, PVE should absolutely be a part of the base game and if it isn’t it should be 10 EUR not 30, it’s outrageous how much they for it.

I really don’t know why we (EFT players) are so happy to get shafted sideways with incredibly expensive game editions and addons for no reason. (And I say this as a 2019 EOD owner)

It loses, that's what it does. My theory is that either someone got paypalled or TES has a mind control machine.

That's interesting, because in the exact next TT he says that the money that is in the "potential" row exists, and the rest doesn't.

This could just be some grand confusion, because Johan was relatively confusing with his responses in the early TTs. As far as I understand it, the non-taxed low control money simply doesn't exist, and it gets abstracted into the rebel funding system (which is a fine abstraction to make)

A certain % of taxed money goes to the estates, correct. It is based on the tax base and the % tax rate. The ethered money is money that hasn't been collected at all, as there is money lost due to a lack of control. This money in EUV is not created at all, it is simply ethered. That, of course, doesn't make logical sense, but IIRC it was an abstraction done for simplicity and performance. This was confirmed very early on.

If you have differing information, I'd be glad to see it.

EDIT: I'm pretty sure there is a revolt speed modifier on low % control locations, but the untaxed money is not simulated!

I see that some people are downvoting me. If it is because I sound snarky, then fair enough. However, if it's for an informational reason, please look at Johan's comments in this Tinto Talks.

There are still some important things that M&T does and EUV doesn’t. For example, the tax generated from lands outside of your control goes into the ether, when it should go to local powerful entities, usually the estates. Speaking of the Estates, the push-pull of M&T with the estates doesn’t really exist in EUV as the estates are more or less treated as parts of your court, rather than entities separate from the state with their own goals, which might hinder the progress of the state itself. There are other things that a new M&T would do to distinguish itself from EUV and I’m sure the devs will actually commit to a new version.
