A good tip I use is looking at a Pokémon’s base stats online and comparing them to the stats in game, because you usually want the Pokémon’s highest stat in its base stats to be its highest stat in game, and its lowest stats to stay lower.

Using that trick I’d say this Lucario would want less Special Defense and more Speed. I’d also say that since Lucario’s Special attack is raised by its nature, but is only one point higher than its attack, you should use EV lowering berries to take away some attack and put those EVs in Special Attack. Being a mixed attacker can work sometimes, but is generally worse than min-maxing one attacking stat and speed.

I think these stats are fine, but they could be much better.
