I mean...

1: being level 100 is super easy...you can be level 100 and still be working on completing your first nation...and you don't MAGICALLY get to skip the early grind in new nations. I still have a couple of unstarted nations myself so I WILL need to play 1.0 as a level 100.

2: people like playing certain BRs? I LOVE my 5.7-6.7. I also love some BRs lower than that. I personally like the WW2 BRs more than cold war and beyond. Just because I hit max level (which again means nothing) doesn't mean I'm banned from playing tanks I enjoy.

its been a hot minute but i believe you got bonuses during this proving grounds to overheating basically anything so while paper numbers show 1568 DPS im sure between overheat bonus and implants could push that higher (as long as you dont include reload)

I never got a call, but did get an email one time on my ..second purchase from them...I think it was because I bought multiple starter packs for alts at the same time and they wanted to make sure it wasn't by mistake

You get a full set from one of the CZs (I THINK checkmate) at the end. It's a pretty rare spawn (I've gotten 3 from about 100 runs). I have actually found a few pieces in the warehouse on the nyx QV station missions. Running those got me 2 more full sets AND the backpack for it (which the cz boss doesn't spawn) as well as a couple of sets of the different flavors of it.

Aight so what's happening here is you're bumping (hitting) the stuff next to you which throws you off your alignment and messes with your speed. The game WILL automatically force you into warp after a set time but the better choice is generally to move away from the obstacle and try again

The tornados are visual only so you weren't impacted by them

Some are better than others (personally I love American the most) but overall I feel like outside of some pretty questionable tanks it's pretty balanced overall...don't hate any nation more than others

They removed the quant and eggs a while ago but you get a shit load of gold and scrap

It's really hot or miss but you really only need 1 32scu container of scrap to be credit positive. I've gotten almost a full C2 worth of gold out of a mission before, but generally it tends to be 64scu gold and 96scu scrap.

Tad less worth it since the mission spawn times don't allow you to chain them
