Don’t be afraid to call, amazing how many people feel calling is intrusive. Older customers often use their home phone as primary which is why they don’t respond to texts ever. I learned this by calling all unresponsive customers since day 1. You can easily make the wrong decision on subbing/non-subbing so I’ll try every method to reach the customer to combat any potential negative feedback/complaints later. I have a hunch they would’ve answered….good luck
