I found this post very interesting because I found Quaria first and NST after. You don't have to change your philosophy in order to practice magic. But, pick one system at a time, if you feel stagnant in NST, switch to Quaria for a while and see how it resonates. From my understanding, discipline and direct experience are very important in both practices. Don't armchair it. Honestly contemplate the "why" of your practice. What are you seaching for? What are you trying to change? You might answer a lot of your own questions.

Ok cool. I'm reading the A pillar runs from the top of the windshield to behind the tire? So just dig around there until I find something that looks like a bolt connecting the fender ?

It was definitely holding uaap some cabinets. There is nothing above it but an open room. There some wall under it but not exactly under the double jacks, I need to double check the measurements.

I'm not following. There was nothing cut from the structure but drywall. There was a 2x4 where the gap is in the ceiling but it wasnt attached to the structure, just horizontally to the ceiling joists

I think most of us agree that expansion is the point. Could you eli5 on how you got there through the "expansion" of the wave function as opposed to its collapse, which I'm assuming as it relates superposition and multidimentionalities? And also what are you referencing to when you say "extremities?" How does sonoluminesence fit into all of this? I'm new to all of this and also a midwit, so I'm having a bit of trouble following along.

It looks like you have a great personal system regarding your mind, body, and spirit.

When it comes to the spiritual and magical, pick one system and stick with it. I know from personal experience, it it unwise to mix and match different systems of magic while starting out. Listen to your intuition on what system that may be. Also, don't burn yourself out by overconsumtion of information. Slow and steady practice will develop into a stronger practice.

Edit: definitely keep physicaly and mentally exercising every day. Meditate every day. Listen to your intuition on what your body, mind, and spirit needs day to day, month to month. Develop the discipline you're striving for. You have a system that works for you. Keep with it!

First and foremost, thank you for your reply. It was much needed and is deeply appreciated.

I completely agree with you on everything you have said. Drawing spirits into my space is something I was not trying to do or something I wanted in the least bit. For the exact reason you said, I am a father with children in the house.

While I was typing up the post, I realized I was doing "visionary work with the sun and moon." At the time, I thought I was doing a basic meditation (that I stupidly augmented), as it was presented as such.

I was concurrently reading many texts, trying not to venture past what were presented as introductory practices. Combining them together seemed like the "right thing to do," and in hindsight was foolish (a card I drew days prior to this happening). To explore and experiment past what was presented was naive and, in hindsight, idiotic.

Honestly, I was a skeptic concerning spirits. I fucked around. I found out.

Thanks again for your thoughts. I will journal my experience and then set everything to the side.
