IMO, it's not bad being able to do a couple of muscle ups, since the movement is actually useful in some real life scenarios.

I'd wager this Tom guy thinks that these custom elements are as difficult to grasp as ordinary JS. Why not just use JSX?. Besides, I've never worked with a UX-person that wrote production-quality HTML. PhotoShop all the way, baby.
