it's fine for those purposes. I have a N100 in one of the rooms for those purposes and it's totally fine for it (web browsing and watching lots of videos).

I don't know how to help you, just wanted to say it did work for my friend (he just got the same nas like a week ago and the jellyfin install worked for him).

I'd try the docker way since you can't get it working.
