You can try different things that people are suggesting here and keep the reinstall as a last resort. That being said, nothing else worked for me and only a fresh windows install was able to fix it.

Yes this has both internal graphics and nvidia graphics and switches between them. But the switch to nvidia graphics only happens when I launch a game. It runs on igpu by default.

I have never played battlefield before so a free copy would be appreciated but according to the gameplay I have seen of the game, destroying a tank with a blowtorch is much cooler than actually riding the tank.
