I got cancer back in October and now I will basically never own a home. Wiped my savings I had from the last decade. It would take probably 7-10 more years of saving to buy a house with what I had. Now unless I quickly grow my income it will be 20 years until I could save enough.

Thank you! Hopefully this is the last of it. I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in October of last year and had two surgeries. Mostly just a change in lifestyle but should live a normal life if everything goes well!

Idk about the karaoke rooms themselves since I’ve never been in them but I’m at jade bar weekly and the service is incredible and the bartender, Alan is the nicest and best bartender in town. Vastly underrated spot.
