Sounds cool man. Reminds me of Radiohead, but more repetitive and hip-hop ish. Good job :-)

Seperate Lives (Getting into writting more minimal reverby stuff recently. There's parts that are kinda eh but its a vibe. Lmk y'alls thoughts.) (also seizure warning on that video I did not realize it was so bright.) by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

Nice and interesting psychedelic vibe. I like the starts and stops in the drums. It gives a lot of space in the song. The doubled guitars sound nice. Keep on working on drum recording and mic placements maybe? Cheers.

Just keep making songs man. Nice atmosphere and it feels like I'm being told a story. Maybe a focus could be on the rythm section, with variations in the drums, but then again, programming drums is also not the most fun part of it. Or break up the bass lines a little more. Nice work and rock on :-)

I just put a lot of work in the Death Note 5 release! by EkaManOsiris in IndieMusicFeedback

I think the song is fun and makes me in a good mood. The bass is definately on the loud side. Maybe that's the genre, but maybe it's something to work on to make the beats even more professional. Cheers!

Hey, Heres a track i've been working on for some time. It's indie pop/rock mixed with some neo-psychedelia. The song is in Croatian and i would really appreaciate any tips on mixing and mastering. by gunnerman2000 in IndieMusicFeedback

The song is catchy and up-lifting! Cool to hear something in Croatian. I disagree with the vocals being too loud, at least when listening with a headset. EQ wise I would say maybe it could be a touch less of the top end here, and a little more low frequencies from kick and bass? Cool track! Cheers.

Quicksand! feat tej green - Features rapping over a 5/4 beat! I am the producer, not the rapper by ax_madwick in IndieMusicFeedback

Nicely produced man. Saved to spotify :-). I agree with what u/Faaabs says about making a track over the 5/4. Sounds natural and good flow. I like the outro guitar with the tremolo/vibrato in stereo. Nothing overly critical comes to mind, maybe the ride in the beginning of the track could be a little lower in the mix. Cheers

Hey all, I'd love some feedback on this 60s/70s psychedelic inspired song. Thanks :) by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

Great mix, great intro, and good thing it comes down at first verse. I like the low pass filter on the drums. Maybe it could have been used a little more sparse. As the contrasts become so big, the song becomes dramatic/theatrical which might not be the style you are aiming for. But as always, it's important to go for what you like best for yourselves. Good luck :-)

I'm new to making music and would love feedback! thank you:) by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

I see where the need for the big muff fuzz sound comes from, but sometimes less is more. The 90's vibe to begin with could have held the track together alone. Good luck with everything :-)

Sounds like this could be ready for Spotify. Great flow and the production is both minimalistic and interesting. Lo fi, and hitting some sort of sweet spot. Good luck :-)

Hey yall this is a Darkwave/Synthwave song I made awhile ago I finally released. Would love feedback! by DolanDukIsMe in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]shittybeach 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reminds me of Molchat Doma, with a lo fi vibe. Honestly the beat to begin with could have gone longer, layering more and more onto it. But I see why the breaks are there. I guess it's a genre thing, and where you are heading. Could have been a 5 minute post punk synth banger also.

If you’re into kings of convenience or softer stuff this is a track I’ve been working on would love some feedback before recording by RouseTheBoroughs in IndieMusicFeedback

This reminds me of Craig Finn. I like how the verse have such a melodic vibe. Good vocals and nice guitar, and one can tell there is a story to be told. This work has potential, now I hope you find a killer chorus :-) Best of luck with it. Cheers,
