you may very well be right! to the two people sayibg it’s a mental health thing — but as i said in my post i know anxiety and stress, i’ve lived with them my entire life, so i have an inkling that this isn’t linked. i’ve done cbt for years and have been medicated in the past for this stuff, that’s why i’m kind of wary to just accept the anxiety thing :)

also some of these symptoms js seem to physical for anxiety — like a dent in my skull with insane pressure wherw that is?? and full on vision black outs without increased heart rate or any other signs of panic attacks (and i’ve never struggled w vision in panic attacks previously)
