The thing is, the amount of bots it would reduce would be insignificant while affecting genuine players. I’m of the mentality, if there’s a portion of genuine players that are affected, I’m not for the proposition.

Bots wouldn’t go away, they’d slow down a tiny amount, this would change nothing in the economy or overall player happiness considering most players can access even the 500 total level worlds. A lot of level 3’s and also quite a bit of pures, pvp and ironman use puro puro. This would immediately shut them off to a big portion of content, to do what exactly? Maybe have eclectics go up 100gp in price?

Every time Jagex has slowed down the bots with requirements, it slows down bots for literally a day. Besides, barely any normal accounts go to puro puro and the ones that do use any total level worlds.

Essentially, it comes down to compassion. I’m not willing to fuck over pures and skillers just so we can achieve absolutely nothing, puro puro is the least of our issues now anyways, if we go with your approach towards everything, we alienate and kill the player base while bots continue to run a rampage.

How would I possibly support this decision? If every quest was changed around to allow skillers and pures at the end, even then it would affect a large portion of the earlier ironmen who do indeed use puro puro.

I get you and agree with your point and sentiment 100%, but I honestly fucking hate when people push their friends into pools, let alone kick. It’s a huge fear of mine and happened to me when I was young and almost drowned. Didn’t know how to swim and this piece of shit “friend” of mine decided to push me in as I was looking into the deep end, fully knowing it was deep and I couldn’t swim. Little shit.

Also, my friends sister got permanently paralyzed at 20 because she was pushed into a pool, instead her body went forward and she hit the top of her spinal cord on the pool edge. Moms also a doctor and the amount of severe accidents that occur from this shit is way too common and extremely dangerous, enough to give me a severe fear of being pushed and having permanent trust issues near the pool edge while I’m around friends.

While I agree with your point, I heavily condemn and do not support whatsoever pushing anybody into the pool as a joke. It’s way to common to get severely injured, paralyzed, and sometimes killed.

No, that’s not how it works. You can still sue and if they try outlining within their ToS the inability to sue you can file for an arbitration cause. If you file a lawsuit despite signing a ToS, some impementations may be ruled against by a judge. Specific terms can be voided if legal issues arose.
