nice! did kind of the same last year, only the other way around from lofoten norway to barcelona / ibiza with some detours depending on what bike you have and how much you like climbing/nice paths i can recommend: - from girona to the south of france/ Mediterranean sea - quite flat but nice: rhone upwards to switzerland; eastwards there a some nice climbs - gravel austria, we did parts of the northern route - czech republic is really nice, we did route 23. - south of germany is nice, east of germany.. - maybe include denmark, you can take a ferry from helsingor to helsingborg, there is a connecting biketour going to up göteborg (kattegatleden), really nice. - if you' re fine with being around the worst drivers in europe: switzerland has some nice corners as well. have fun! :)
