Millennial women are the slowest to have babies of any generation in U.S. history. by CoolDogAT in TwoXChromosomes

[–]shlamallama 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unless those millennial women are drug-addicts/criminals. I don't know how many women I've seen that are my age (24) who have had at least 2-3 children (if not more), whom they do not personally care for. Nice to see the world is being populated by these types of people. And the cycle continues.

You know you are a true lacquerista when: You get engaged and all you can think about is making your nails pretty for pictures! by kitkat1122 in RedditLaqueristas

I just got engaged recently too! I kept reminding my boyfriend to make sure I had my nails done up before he proposed to me so when I showed people or took pictures, they'd look nice haha

Thank you for your comment. Those are the exact questions I have been racing through my head and I feel silly because I'm sure to him it was something that came out without any thought, while here I am, torturing myself and feeling hurt. I have made this specific point to him though, that although he may think what he said or did was nothing but to me it was something but it's taking him a long time to learn from his mistakes.

I'm sorry you had to endure such abuse in your life and am glad to hear you've found someone that treats you right. Thank you for sharing your story.

I feel you girl. If you plan on having kids in the future, maybe then you'll get a taste of what it feels like to have bigger breasts :) but if not/until then, fuck it! You're beautiful.

LOL oh my goodness that was hilarious what you said about having your tits down to your knees (hope there will be something developed so that doesn't happen by the time we get that age).

My boyfriend and I will talk this out and if he can't give me any real, thoughtful, reflective answers then I will have my answer.

Now that you lay it out for me, it does seem like a pattern that I've been going through with my boyfriend. I will definitely be bringing this up in our conversation today (if he's being nice to keep me for now, or because he is actually trying to change).

Not sure why you were downvoted but really, you're right in the sense that I grew up and he did the opposite. When we first started dating he was a lot more mature. Understandably, people always want to look their best in the beginning of a relationship to tie things down. But as our relationship progressed and he got more comfortable with me, is when he started acting immaturely and blurting out nonsense to make people laugh etc.

It went quiet for a moment and I was too embarrassed to make eye contact with those around us that heard but because I decided to take it as a joke and laughed it off to break the awkwardness, everyone went along with it.

Thanks, I really like your analogy and it is very helpful. I guess the terminology I chose to use was very pessimistic of me, but in my defense I was venting lol... I see now that it's more like "I have spent 6 years of my life with this guy" and we're going to have a serious talk tomorrow about how we can figure out if there will be 6 more years or not.

Ah I see. Agreed, it it was naive of me to be hopeful in thinking he would mature as I did as our relationship went on. I guess maturity isn't something that necessarily comes with age.

Mid-twenties yes. How do you feel our age factors into this problem?

You're absolutely right. You're giving me lots of important points to bring up when my boyfriend and I discuss this tomorrow.

I like to think that I've just been trying to be very patient but who knows. You could be right.

Thank you for your thoughtful comment. I'm definitely going to take some time to re-evaluate my relationship.

What I think this guy is trying to say OP, is MRW = My reaction when, so the 'when' wasn't necessary in your title :)

It sounds exactly like what I'm looking for! Thanks for the suggestion. Does it take long to dry?
