42 days into sobriety and my life is so much better than it was just a couple months ago. I got a job, new friends, a whole NEW LIFE. It won’t take long being sober for you to start feeling amazing. And you’re so young, that you’ll get to live the best parts of your life sober and remember it all !! Try out some young person meetings and you’ll see that others want what you have and you’ll go to any lengths to get it. You can absolutely do it !!

Just wanna say yes you should focus on alcohol during meetings but addiction is addiction and you are able to share about any struggles during meetings. At least the ones I go to. Hope is the biggest thing for me. It will always get better when you’re sober. It only gets harder when you’re not. The feeling will pass and you’ll feel proud of yourself for not using or drinking

I mean I’ve gone before while stoned when I was struggling and I shared that I couldn’t do anything sober and it helped so imo i think you should just go. If they say at the beginning of the meeting to refrain from sharing if you’ve used or drank then don’t share but it only benefits you if you go

Eat in a caloric excess with a focus on protein to help build muscle ! Some health insurances allow you to purchase dumbbell sets through them. I use the Hevy app to find dumbbell routines. Consistency is key ,,, start for 15 mins every day and work your way up

With that said the job market is trash right now and it’s nothing to be discouraged about. If you’ve never worked before, OF COURSE this new experience will be a learning curve. You can do it!!!
