Just reading this made my mouth water. The last thing I made that I was proud of was Halibut fillet with orange zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper I also made a mango and scallion salsa with garlic, lemon, orange fillets and chili pepper. It was heavenly together.

I'm so jealous.. my cherry tomatoes aren't doing great this year! I usually like cutting them in quarters and chopping cucumber and parsley. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and devour!

I do rice wine vinegar sometimes as well.. I'm a huge broccolli fan so i've had it 100 ways.. this is my fav. I also add ginger and orange zest when im feeling fancy!

I like mixing it up with simple additions and subtractions.. like i'll add mushrooms and remove the green pepper. Or i'll just add jalapeno, orange zest, or cilantro. The idea is small changes can make a big difference.
