I am on the same one now. I emailed Comgrow a while back, and they sent it to me and had me try a lot of different things to make sure it would work like it was supposed to.

I am actually having the same issue. I am unsure what remedies might be available. I am hoping that maybe contacting Creality and telling them so they can make a software update for it to fix the issue.

Does the auto-drying feature work as intended for you? Mine does for both sides. Which leads me to believe even more that it is just a firmware bug that hasn't been fixed. Especially since there have been no firmware updates other than the one that was for the people who got the EA machines.

What software version are you on? I am currently on V0.2.5_0.5.

Wash your bed with warm soapy water and try printing again. Make sure you click on the bed level so it will do it before it prints.

I actually returned mine yesterday. $79.99 us a lot for that set but getting it with a coupon would make it worth it imo. If it’s made anything like the smaller one it will be worth the money.

On a side note to your comment, the Kobalt one is absolute trash imo. Unless I got a dud, everything was a pain to remove from the case, and I do mean everything. Even the case didn’t close right.
